Hosting

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., San Francisco, USA. Netlify processes technically necessary data such as IP address, time, requested page and browser details in server logs, based on our legitimate interest in running the site securely (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement is in place; transfers to the USA rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

This website sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Campaign parameters (utm) are kept only in your browser's session storage, deleted when you close the tab, and sent only if you submit a form.

Business enquiries

When you contact us by form, email or phone, we process your details to handle the enquiry and prepare an offer (Art. 6 (1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Form data is transmitted via Netlify Forms and forwarded to our mailbox. We delete enquiries once they are settled, unless statutory retention applies.

Applications

When you apply, we process your details and, if uploaded, your CV to offer you suitable positions. We share your profile with an employer only with your explicit consent (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by email. We delete application data no later than six months after our last contact unless you agree to longer storage.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). Write to contact@mushtari.de. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; ours is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Alt-Moabit 59-61, 10555 Berlin.

The Archivo typeface is served from our own server. No connection to Google Fonts or other font providers is made.
