Who employs the placed person?
You do. The employment contract is made directly between your company and the new employee. Mushtari is not the employer.
What does recruitment cost?
The fee depends on the position and the effort involved, and is agreed in writing before we start. Ask us for a quote for your role.
Which positions do you recruit for?
Our focus is hospitality and logistics: service, kitchen, reception, housekeeping and warehouse. For other roles we will tell you openly whether we can fill them well.
Is this temporary agency work?
No. With recruitment, you hire the person yourself. We do not currently offer temporary agency work (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung).
